Edo PDP has been bedeviled with court cases since Godwin Obaseki stepped to the door of the Edo PDP secretariat in Benin.
News filtering in shows that the aggrieved parties in Edo PDP have decided to settle their differences out of court . Naija News NG reports that a thread shared by a pro PDP handle reveals that the judge handling the court case have been asked to stand down till 12:30 .

Lead Counsel to the Plaintiff, Firdinald Orbih, at the resumed hearing of the matter this morning, told the court that they have served all the parties to the suit as ordered by the court the originating summons and also published the order in two national newspapers.
He however told the court that the parties have opted for out of court settlement. All the counsel to the defendants told the court that they have no objection to the application for out of court settlement.”
