Carlo Ancelotti has revealed four players who are better than Lionel Messi in the history of football.
The Real Madrid manager insisted during a press conference on Thursday that there are great footballers who have played the game better than Lionel Messi .
He mentioned greats like Diego Maradona, Alfredo Di Stefano and Johann Cruyff, as players who have played the game better .

He said: “Messi the best in history? He’s a great player but I can’t say who’s been the best.
“There have been so many wonderful players… Maradona, Di Stéfano, Cruyff.. I don’t know.”
Messi is being widely regarded as the greatest of all time (GOAT), after he ‘completed’ football by winning the 2022 World Cup with Argentina.
