Imo COVID-19 Death Update

Imo COVID-19 Task Force has recorded the state’s first Coronavirus death.

Naija News NG reports that the Imo COVID-19 Task Force Chairman, Professor Maurice Iwu , on Wednesday 10 June announced that the state has recorded it first Coronavirus death .

Task Force Chairman, Professor Maurice Iwu explained that the dead patient had underlying health issues before arriving at the Isolation Centre and that actually complicated his survival chances.

Imo Task Force confirmed 83 cases on Wednesday .

NCDC recorded a total of 409 new cases in Nigeria on Wednesday, June 10, bringing the total number of cases of the viral disease in the country to 13, 873.
