The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has called on the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to arrest those disturbing the peace of the society in the name of End SARS protest.
DAILY POST reports that the End SARS protest, which started in Lagos a few days ago, has spread to other parts of Nigeria.

We Will Protect Nigerian University Autonomy With Our Blood – ASUU Vows
The National President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Professor Biodun Ogunyemi, has vowed that they will protect university autonomy with the last drop of their blood.

Police in Cambodia have arrested a Nigerian and a Sierra Leone national in Phnom Penh for attempting to smuggle drugs into Australia.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the two suspects identified as 39-year-old Nigerian, Ogadimma Igwe Linus and 29-year-old Conth Sierra Leone national, Abdul were arrested alongside a Cambodian woman, Han Lis, 28.

A Benin High Court on Friday, sentenced a barber, Esosa Napoleon, to death by hanging, for armed robbery.
The court held that the convict committed the offence in the midnight of Jan. 26, 2016, at Aiguobasimwin Crescent, G.R.A, Benin in Benin City.
