Atiku is critically ill, flown abroad for treatment- Femi Fani-Kayode
Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has claimed on social media that Atiku Abubakar is critically ill .
Naija News NG reports that the Kayode claims that the People’s Democratic Party’s presidential candidate has been flown abroad for treatment.

Femi Fani-Kayode wrote :
“After his outing in Kaduna yesterday @atiku fell ill. He complained of dizzy spells& severe pains in his head& all over his body throughout the flight to Abuja. After landing at Abuja airport he collapsed. He was flown to Paris for medical attention immediately.God be with him.
For the purposes of damage control they took pictures of him with others the following morning from Paris but please do not be fooled. There is something very wrong with the PDP pres. candidate in terms of his health & they don’t want the Nigerian public to know. Pray for him.”

Naija News NG reported earlier that Femi Fani-Kayode in a tweet claimed that Atiku Abubakar is critically ill and has been flown abroad for treatment.

To debunk the rumor, Dino Melaye shared a video of Atiku Abubakar having lunch with him, Hon. Elumelu and others.
Dino captioned his post with : ” See President in waiting by the grace of God dinning peaceful. Every lie have an expiry date”.
Second Niger Bridge Now Completed – Fashola
Babatunde Raji Fashola Minister of Works and Housing has said the second Niger Bridge has been completed !
Naija News NG reports that the former Lagos State Governor made this statement today, Wednesday, 19 October 2022 in Abuja during the unveiling of President Muhammadu Buhari’s scorecard series (2015-2023).
He, however, said connecting roads to the bridge are still under construction.
The minister explained reason why the Federal Government opted for SUKUK bond.

He said SUKUK helped to fund road construction across the country.
According to Fashola: “Second Niger Bridge is completed. What is remaining is a 4km interchange road at the Asaba end and 2km out of a 7km link road at the Onitsha end.
“The first thing we did when we came into power was we expanded our budget on road infrastructure, sought alternative sources of funding through SUKUK, Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme.”
Fashola also listed the achievements of his ministry under Buhari’s government.
The minister said 12 road projects covering about 896km have been completed, commissioned and handed over to their communities.
Fashola said the government is executing 83 road rehabilitation projects in federal tertiary institutions across the country with 66 projects completed and 46 commissioned.

Donald Duke added that in Labour Party it is purely organic as the rallies are not funded by the party itself but by supporters.
“Initially I used to think maybe Labour Party will get the numbers but will not get the spread , I am beginning to think otherwise “ the former presidential candidate confessed.
Speaking on the crisis in PDP, he said the refusal of Iyorchia Ayu to resign by claiming that it is not constitutional is wrong because if the constitution was being followed the presidential candidate should be from the South .
Buhari’s Refusal To Release Nnamdi Kanu Creating Tension In South East
The refusal of President Muhammadu Buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu after he was discharged by a Court of Appeal is creating tension in the South East .
Days after the Appeal Court’s ruling, which has discharged the IPOB leader, his freedom is not in sight.
The court decision, which was greeted with euphoria, has now turned into anxiety in the South-East.
DAILY POST recalls that the case involving the Federal Government and Kanu, bordering on terrorism charges, took a sharp twist last week, with the Appeal Court discharging him from all the counts of terrorism instituted against him.
DAILY POST reported that Kanu, dissatisfied with the order of Justice Binta Nyako of a Federal High Court, Abuja, which ordered him to answer seven out of the 15-count terrorism charge against him, had approached the Appeal Court, Abuja, seeking to quash the charges brought against him by the Federal Government.
The Court of Appeal panel led by Jummai Sankey struck out all the remaining charges against Mr Kanu, ruling that the lower court “lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the suit.”

The court held that Mr Kanu’s extradition from Kenya in June, 2021, to Nigeria without following the extradition rules was a flagrant violation of Nigeria’s extradition treaty and a breach of the IPOB leader’s fundamental human rights.
The verdict expectedly elicited mixed reactions from different segments of Nigerians.
DAILY POST also reported that most Nigerians greeted the judgement of the Court of Appeal with elation, mainly in the South East – where Kanu hails from, where there were reports of widespread jubilations across cities in the Zone.
However, the decision by the Appellate Court to free Kanu seemed not to have resonated well with the Federal Government, which since has not hid its dissatisfaction to that effect.
Omokri Shares Fani-Kayode’s Prayer Against Tinubu’s Presidential Ambition
Reno Omokri has said one of the happiest days of 2022 is when Bola Tinubu appointed Femi Fani-Kayode as one of his spokespersons .
