Peter Obi and his campaign team have landed in Enugu State ahead of the Obi Datti campaign rally in the state.
NAIJA NEWS NG reports that the Labour Party presidential candidate announced his arrival on his verified Twitter page on Thursday January 12, 2023 .
“I just arrived Enugu metropolis for the Enugu rally,” he wrote.

The former Anambra State Governor was recently in his home state on Tuesday, where his mammoth crowd of supporters welcomed him.
Obi will be campaigning to Enugu people hours after Bola Tinubu told Igbos that they have sweat hard for him to win or they will only get a slice of a soaked bread .
Bola Tinubu’s speech in Enugu State during APC Presidential campaign rally has generated a lot of controversies .
NAIJA NEWS NG reports that the Presidential Candidate of APC on the 11th January 2023 said the Igbos must sweat hard for the APC to win or they will onlt get a soaked slice of the bread.
He said: “Nobody will give all of you any credit. You are working hard you are sweating now, we want you to sweat well for this party, until you deliver victory, until Bola Tinubu becomes president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will not give you but a slight clap or a soaked slice of bread”.
