Yesterday evening at the Kigali Convention Centre, President Kagame attended the Nigerian Governors’ Executive Leadership Retreat, organized by the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) and UNDP.
President Kagame of Rwanda delivered remarks and participated in an interactive session on “Leadership in Shaping the Future of Pan-Africanism and Integration in a Changing World.”

The fact that Nigerian Governors traveled to Rwanda to discuss Nigerian issues didn’t sit well with many Nigerians.
They reacted with these tweets below :
Interesting but I’m still looking for what linked 19 governors of Nigeria and their forum to kigali .
Thank you for the hospitality but sadly the truth is they won’t learn anything from small Rwanda that’s emerging very fast. The fact that Nigerian governors will have to travel to Kigali for a retreat just tells you it’s nothing but a fun trip on tax payers money.

What does Mr Kagame know about Pan-Africanism? He is an agent of West, used to kill and exterminate his own African brothers in DR Congo
