Datti Baba-Ahmed’s elder brother, Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has been appointed by Bola Tinubu as a Special Adviser on Political Issues to Kashim Shettima.
NAIJA NEWS NG reports that the spokesperson of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Baba-Ahmed, made the announcement in a post on his official X account on Monday.

He wrote: “It is time to make it public that I have accepted the call to serve as Special Adviser (Political) to the VP. This is not the time for criticism when you can be useful in turning the country around. I’m honored and humbled. Please pray for me and Nigeria.”
