He wrote : Pursuant to art. 15 of the Rome Statute, I’ve formally requested the prosecutor of the Int’l Criminal Court @IntlCrimCourt to investigate the conduct of Mr. Bayo Onanuga @aonanuga1956 in inciting ethnic hate that culminated in violence against the Igbos in Lagos, Nigeria.
