The Labour Party and Peter Obi’s legal team have faulted the judgment of the Appeal Court Judges and declared their next move.
NAIJA NEWS NG reports that the lead counsel of Peter Obi, Livy Uzuokwu, SAN, said his team has clear orders to appeal the case at the Supreme Court.
He warned that Nigerians have to be careful because the hindering of litigants with obstacles by INEC to establish their cases could destroy electoral jurisprudence.
